Relaxing moments
We want our seniors to enjoy fresh air frequently knowing that this is essential.
Just sitting outside for example can reduce blood pressure, lower heart rate, improve memory and fight depression. We thus also see the importance of taking residents for walks and taking them on outings where nature plays a major role. Studies have shown that besides other conditions, stress levels, vision and the immune system benefit greatly.
